Catglobe was started as the software development branch of the research institute Catinét in year 2000 and was in year 2002 incorporated into a new company called Catglobe A/S.

Catglobe is an independent provider of advanced software for research institutes.  Catglobe is an alternative to the global monopolies that today dominate and own both advertisement agencies, mass media companies and research institutes. Catglobe offers independent research institutes an opportunity to become member of a neural network of institutes all working together using the same technology.

Catglobe is known for its ERP system for research institutes as well as the system’s support of Customer Experience Management (CEM).

CEM Catglobe – CRM + CEM

CEM Intelligence has in a short time become an important business area which basically consists of the business competencies; interview and analysis as well as the CEM part of Catglobe. CEM Catglobe was developed from year 2000 to the end of 2006 with an investment of 30 million DKK. From year 2007 to 2008 Vækstfonden invested 15 million DKK, with a focus on the actual technology.  After a thorough due diligence, carried out by specialists of SPSS and SAP, Catglobe scored very high marks. In February 2009, the CEM Catglobe system was evaluated by the renowned magazine, Research Magazine, where Catglobe also achieved top grades.
